| The conference is devoted to permafrost research in the Arctic, Antarctic, and mountain regions. The theme of the conference – «Resources and risks of permafrost areas in a changing world» - draws attention to natural changes in the environment and the increasing scale of anthropogenic influence on the the Arctic and Subarctic region. |
